I understand that the Global Soil Partnership is based on the principles of equity and balance of constituencies and that the GSP relies on the spireit of mututal trust and open dialogue as well as on collaboration among multiple stakeholders for the achievement of its goals.
I will commit to this spirit and shared values in any communication about the GSP.
I am aware that there is no minimum required contribution to join the GSP.
I acknowledge that Participants must respect the governance rules that the GSP Partnership has established or may establish in the future through its Steering Committee. Each Participant will enjoy the same rights and exposure, regardless of the amount of contribution.
I understand that Participants will enjoy the following benefits: (1) Attendance at meetings of all Participants; (2) Eligibility to be a member of the Steering Committee; (3) Ability to propose experts to technical groups set up under the GSP Partnership; (4) Opportunity to have name, logo and a link to their website in the Parnership's webpage; (5) Access to the Partnership's Core Work Program outputs.
1. The Participants agree not to use in any press release, memo, report or other published disclosure related to the Golbal Soil Partnership any of the other parties name and logo without prior written agreement by the party concerned;
2. Intellectual property rights. in particular copyright of material to be used to carry out the activities under the Global Soil Partnership shall remain with the originating party unless separately negotialed and agreed;
3. Nothing in the Global Soil Partnership or in any document or arrangement relatingthere to, shall be construed as constituting a waiver of privileges or immunities of CESRA, nor as conferring any privileges or immunities of CESRA to the other party or to its personnel;
4.Being a Participant to the Global Soil Partnership does not constitute a formal partnership with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) or allow me to represent the Organization under any circumstance. Neither does it imply that [name of organization] may claim to have an advantage position to influence the decisions to be taken in the framework of the Global Soil Partnership work;
