From the consultation meeting held among the coordinators from the Department of Land Development, IUCN officials, officials from the relevant agencies in the area, and local communities, the following important issues have been identified:

1. There will be changes in the target area, with activities to be carried out in the western region, which includes approximately 260 target groups.

2. The implementation plan has been adjusted since receiving the budget on July 16, 2023. Therefore, we will be able to commence the activities according to the plan. Hence, we request to modify the plan as per the attached document.

3. Engage in coordination and fieldwork.
